These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game L Arrow (display name; package com.memorygame.larrow, the "Game"), developed and published by Pankaj ("we", "us", or "our"), and distributed through Google Play for Android devices.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

02. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the Google Play Store and to enter into these Terms under the laws of your country of residence. If you are a minor, you may use the Game only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

03. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use the Game on an Android device that you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Game available to others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Game, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Extract, reuse, or redistribute the Game's artwork, audio files, level designs, or other assets

04. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

The Game is a single-player puzzle with 50 levels. You tap arrows on a grid to send them off the board along their paths. An arrow is blocked if another active arrow occupies any cell along its remaining exit route. Key rules:

• You start each level with 3 hearts. Tapping a blocked arrow costs 1 heart.
• If you run out of hearts, you can restart the level and try again.
• Stars are awarded based on hearts remaining: 3 hearts = 3 stars, 2 hearts = 2 stars, 1 heart = 1 star.
• Completing a level unlocks the next. Progress, stars, and audio settings are saved on your device.
• From later levels, undo and restart controls are available on the play screen.

You agree to play fairly and not to:

• Use modified clients, cheat tools, memory editors, automation, or bots
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage
• Interfere with the normal operation, security, or performance of the Game

We may, in our sole discretion, refuse service to anyone who violates these rules. Because the Game has no online accounts or leaderboards, most enforcement is limited to your own use of the Game.

05. Website Donations (UPI)

The Game has no in-app purchases and no donation screen inside the app. This website may display an optional UPI QR code for voluntary support. By donating through the website, you agree that:

• Donations are entirely voluntary. No feature, level, or content in the Game is locked behind a donation.
• A donation is a personal gift to support development. It does not purchase any product, virtual currency, subscription, or service, and does not confer any rights beyond the license in Section 3.
• Payments are handled entirely by your UPI application and your bank. We do not process or control these payments and do not receive your UPI ID, bank details, or card information through the Game.
• Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are voluntary gifts made through third-party payment systems. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us promptly and also raise the matter with your bank or UPI provider.
• You are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or charges imposed by your bank or UPI provider.
• You must use your own funds and be legally authorized to make the payment.

06. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its name, logo, source code, artwork, level designs, user interface, sound effects, and music, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.

"Google Play" and other third-party names, logos, and brands mentioned in the Game or these Terms are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

07. User Conduct

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, its systems, or other users' devices
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Use the Game in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
• Misuse the donation feature, including making fraudulent or unauthorized payments

08. Third-Party Services and Stores

The Game is distributed through Google Play. The Contact Us screen may open external apps or websites (email, Instagram, GitHub, YouTube) using your device's default handlers. Your use of Google Play and any third-party platform you open from the Game is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

Optional UPI donations described in Section 5 are offered on this website only, not inside the Game application.

09. Availability and Updates

The Game is provided for use on Android devices. We do not guarantee that the Game will work on every device, Android version, or configuration. We may release updates, change features, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice. Some updates may be required for the Game to continue working correctly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Game at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, device, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Game shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us through the Game in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or the equivalent of ten (10) US dollars, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pankaj and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Game.

13. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Game. We may suspend or terminate your license to use the Game at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Game. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including when the Game gains new features. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game.
