This Privacy Policy describes how Pankaj ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game L Arrow (display name; package com.memorygame.larrow, the "Game"), distributed on Google Play for Android devices.

01. Information We Do Not Collect

The Game does not require registration, login, or any account. We do not collect, request, or process:

• Name, email address, phone number, or postal address
• Date of birth, gender, or any demographic data
• Location data (GPS or approximate)
• Contacts, calendar, photos, or files on your device
• Microphone or camera access
• Device advertising identifiers used to profile you
• Payment card details, bank details, or UPI credentials

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information about you to third parties.

02. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To make the Game work properly, small amounts of gameplay data may be saved locally on your device using Android's standard app storage (for example, AsyncStorage / SharedPreferences). This may include:

• Which levels are unlocked, completed, and how many stars you earned on each
• Your current campaign level
• Music and game sound effect preferences (Settings → Audio)

You can erase this data at any time from Settings → Reset All Data, by clearing the Game's storage in Android Settings, or by uninstalling the Game.

This data is stored only on your device, is never transmitted to us or any third party, and is permanently removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its app data.

03. Game Audio and Media Files

All sound effects, music, and other audio files used in the Game are bundled directly inside the application package (APK/AAB) and play from your device's local storage. The Game:

• Does not access, record, or listen to your microphone
• Does not upload or download audio content
• Does not scan or read unrelated audio files stored on your device

04. Contact Links and External Apps

The Game includes a Contact Us screen (Settings → Support) with links to email, Instagram, GitHub, and YouTube. If you tap one of these links, your device opens the relevant app or browser. We do not receive any data from those taps unless you choose to contact us directly (for example, by sending an email).

Any information you share through email or social platforms is handled under that platform's privacy policy, not this one. The Game itself does not embed those services or track link clicks.

05. Website Donations (UPI)

The Game has no in-app purchases and no donation screen inside the app. This website may offer an optional UPI QR code so visitors can support development. If you choose to donate through the website, payment is handled entirely by your UPI application and bank.

• Donations are entirely voluntary and do not unlock any in-game content.
• We do not collect or have access to your UPI ID, bank account details, card numbers, or transaction records through the Game.
• We may see the amount credited in our own UPI/bank account statement, which is a normal record of any bank transfer and is not linked to your in-game activity or device.

06. Permissions

The Game is designed to work without access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or personal files. It does not use vibration/haptics. The Game does not require an internet connection to play. Standard Android app sandboxing applies; no special sensitive permissions are needed for core gameplay.

07. Third-Party Services

If you installed the Game through Google Play, Google may collect certain information related to the download and use of the store itself under Google's Privacy Policy. This is independent of the Game and outside our control.

Any third-party libraries used in the Game are configured to run locally and are not used by us to collect personal information.

08. Advertising

The Game does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising identifiers to build a profile of you. If advertising is ever introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that version is released.

09. Children's Privacy

The Game is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Because the Game has no accounts, no messaging, and no data collection, no personal information is gathered from children.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action. Parents and guardians who have questions are welcome to reach out.

10. Data Security

Since the Game does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no database of user information for us to lose. Gameplay data remains on your device and is protected by your device's own security features (such as screen lock and app sandboxing). Please keep your device and UPI applications secured.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Locally saved Game data can be erased at any time by:

• Using Settings → Reset All Data inside the Game;
• Clearing the Game's data in Android Settings → Apps → L Arrow → Storage; or
• Uninstalling the Game.

12. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (European Economic Area), the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA (California), or the DPDP Act (India). These rights typically include access, correction, deletion, and portability of personal data.

Because we do not collect personal data, we generally cannot and do not hold information to which these rights would apply. If you still wish to make a request or have a question, contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section below and we will respond.

13. International Users

The Game is available on Google Play in multiple countries. As the Game does not transmit personal data, no cross-border transfer of your personal information occurs through the Game. Google's own handling of store data is described in Google's Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if new features are added. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
